Deep Groove Ball Bearing Deep groove ball bearing are used in a considerable variety of applications.their structures are simple and convenient to use. The bearings are primarily to carry radial loads,and also capable of carring combination loads in radial and axial directions,and have the same performance as angular contact ball bearings when increasing interal radial clearance of bearings. If speed is relatively high,and thrust ball bearings are not suitable,pure axial loads can also be carried.By comparison with other types of bearings,this type of bearings have lower friction coefficient,higher limiting speed.But they are not suitable for carring shock and heavy loads. After deep groove ball bearings are mounted on the shaft,they are able to limit the two directions of axial displacement on shafts or housings in the extent of interal axial clearance.Therefore,they can be positioned axially.In addition,this type of bearings have certain aligning ability.While miasaligning with housing by 2’~10’,they can also operate normally,but the operating life would be reduced.The deep groove ball bearings are commonly fitted with pressed steel cages,for large-size bearings,machined metal cages are used.The deep groove ball bearings are widely used in automotives,tractors,machine tools,motors,water-pumps,agriculture mechanics,textile mechanics,etc.
